Blue Beanie Day 2026

To bring awareness to web standards and accessibility the development community wears blue beanies on November 30th each year. We are encouraging UVA departments to gather a coworker, or your whole office, and wear blue beanies on this day take pictures and post them to social media with the hashtag #UVABlueBeanieDay and email them to the Digital Accessibility Coordinator.
