Overview
Creating a sustainable accessibility program with growing expertise involves a methodical approach to ensure digital content and technology cater to everyone, including those with disabilities. It begins by gaining support from top leadership, emphasizing that accessibility extends beyond legal compliance, enhancing user experiences, and expanding the user base.
Education and awareness play pivotal roles, encompassing training for teams engaged in content creation, design, and development to foster a shared understanding of accessibility principles. Accessibility considerations should be woven into the project's fabric, involving the use of accessible technologies, thorough testing, and soliciting feedback from individuals with disabilities. Documenting progress and remaining adaptable to evolving accessibility regulations are essential components.
In this webinar, we will share our experience and showcase how we have created a tailored yet sustainable accessibility program for each client.
